A good start with home exercise

Having trouble motivating you kids to get active and healthy? Hard to find the time, ideas and resources to help your old folks and kids to exercise for the comfort in your own home? Parents often encounter all these problems.

For several years, I noticed that our country is facing a major crisis - overweight adults and kids. They spend too much time infront of the television and too little time being physically active. So do the senior citizens in Malaysia. They tend to sit back at home, doing nothing. This doesn't seem like a problem, but it actually slowing down their metabolism bit by bit. I could see that they already had an early death sentence; one that’s completely unnecessary and most importantly reversible.

This is a blog that not only blogs about home exercise, mostly for old folks and kids but also provides training that you can do without stepping out from your house, you can expect more from us.
